Rosanta has lived in Indian Trials for over 17 years. She knows her neighborhood which has helped her to understand how to best showcase many features of the community and the homes within it. Rosanta has a strong desire to assist buyers and sellers in every step of a home sale or purchase. She will work hard to ensure her customers get the best service possible. Her husband Pat worked for Falcone Contracting Co. approximately 20 years in which she experienced and was exposure to the aspects of building. This inspired her to build her custom home in Indian Trails. Rosanta’s was the first of two-story homes in the neighborhood. She feel she has a special instinctual niché, a know-how, which has proven productive for her, even today.

Rosanta earned her Business Degree at Berkley and worked for a billion dollar pharmaceutical company where she was entrusted with medical law suit papers and privileged information for cases. This confidentiality spills over into her real estate transactions today. She also attended Brooklyn College Conservatory of Music and learned to write music and sing opera at BAM. She worked in theatre arts talk radio in college.

Rosanta loves volunteering for the VA Disabled Vets doing news letters for Nu Voice laryngeal patients, as well as volunteering at Indian Trail School for the past four years. She is a passionate chocolatièr and shopper for treasures at local antique shops.
