Roseanne, or Rosie as we called her, was just wonderfull. She showed us house after house after house, over 70 in the end. She was always upbeat and she was not at all pushy trying to sell us on something. She was often the first one to point out faults with a home, which is usually not what you see when someone just wants to make a quick buck. I remember the day we finally found our house, and how happy she was for us. We still get a holiday card from her every year and it brings us back to the house hunt days. Thanks for everything Rosie!

I was referred to Roseanne through my mortgage advisor. She sent me several listings for the types of houses I wanted in the towns I wished to live in the same day I contacted her. She took me to a couple showings that I requested to see at times that worked for me. She used my feedback on each house to provide me with more listings. Once I found the house I wanted to buy, we immediately put in an offer. After the offer was accepted we met a few more times in person to fill out the paperwork. From then on we were communicating through email, phone calls, and texts until we met again at the final walk through and the closing. She was very good at explaining each step of the process to me since I was a first time buyer. She kept me in the loop of everything that was happening as soon as she heard back from the seller’s realtor. The overall experience went smoothly and I was in my new home after a little over 2 months. Roseanne is a very knowledgeable and friendly realtor. She was a pleasure to work with.

Wow! Roseanne and I went through so much to help me find the perfect house. It took a while and she never gave up on me or the search even when it meant walking through over a foot of snow after a blizzard. She knew exactly what type of house I was looking for and was always on the lookout. My search was specific and challenging. Roseanne rose to that challenge with flying colors. She was great including my family with the process. She was fabulous when explaining home buying with my special needs daughter. Roseanne was always there for me when I had questions. She calmed my fears when I was feeling overwhelmed. It was fantastic to be able to rely on her expertise along with the expertise of my mortgage broker. I can’t say thank you enough. Actually, I feel a loss of not having daily contact with her. Roseanne, I will miss talking, seeing and laughing with you every day. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are more than 5 stars to me.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED working with Rosie! She was very knowledgeable and a very caring person. We looked at bunches of houses all over and dragged her around with us and she went to every single one with a smile until we found our perfect fit. I highly recommend getting to work with her, you will not regret it, she is a great person and remains a good friend to this day. She is extremely hard working and knows her stuff. 5 stars in my book.

Roseanne was great to work with and always there if we had a question or concern. When we purchased our current home it was a very unique situation and Roseanne was there every step of the way for us. We have worked with Roseanne to buy two homes and sell one and would work with her again for sure.
