Easy Life Realty
Born, raised, and educated in Whitesboro, the heart of horse country, Rosie Blake Reed knows Texas. A realtor at Easy Life Realty, Rosie is passionate, tenacious, ethical, fun, and above all–dedicated to each and every client she serves.
Prior to becoming a licensed agent, Rosie worked as an administrative assistant, listing coordinator, transaction coordinator, and contract to close coordinator for several different realtors over the course of six years. She also managed a real estate office, garnering a deep understanding of how real estate works as she learned from her agency’s top producers. This experience fueled her passion to get her real estate license so that she could provide the exceptional service she believes every client deserves.
Rosie approached real estate with 18 years of experience in construction, making her an expert in the details that go into building the home of someone’s dreams. She has poured the concrete, framed the walls, and built custom and spec homes. She knows what an inspection report actually means and how it will affect her client. Her extensive experience in construction also connected her with the best contractors, subcontractors, insurance agents, and lenders in the business.
A true people person, Rosie goes above and beyond to make her clients’ dreams come true. Buying or selling a home is not a simple process. Rosie explains every step of the process as many times as needed and makes herself available to her clients 24/7, even assisting with the more technical processes of scanning documents. She works with phenomenal lenders and vendors who share her same values and standards and who also work 24/7 because they, like Rosie, know that the real estate business demands more than the standard 9-to-5. Rosie also works with a wonderful photographer who provides virtual tours, video tours, and drone videos to present her clients’ homes in the best possible light.
Rosie’s passion carries over into all aspects of her life. She loves her family tremendously and believes strongly in the importance of community involvement. Rosie was trained and sworn in as a volunteer at National Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). Shortly after her swearing-in, Rosie took in three foster children and began serving on CASA’s board. Autism Awareness is another cause near and dear to her heart. Rosie is supported by her family in her journey as a realtor and considers herself extremely blessed in that regard. She and her husband each have special needs children who require additional emotional, physical, and medical care and love. Rosie and her husband work together to make an incredible and successful team. Rising at 4 a.m. and returning home at night, her husband, who works in an oil field, helps Rosie care for their children and drives her to every appointment after returning home so that Rosie can make calls, catch up on emails, complete her administrative tasks, and attend to her clients’ needs. He does it all with a genuine heart and smile on his face. Rosie credits much of her success to his incredible support and love.
Rosie understands the true importance of family and connection and that affects the way she approaches her business. She truly wants the best for every single client she encounters and is completely devoted to helping them see their dreams come true.
