Sam Dart, based out of Paulding County, has lived in Douglasville, GA for over 20 years. He was born in Biloxi, Mississippi and raised in Warner Robins, GA. Sam studied Industrial Engineering at Southern Polytechnic College in Marietta, GA. He belongs to the Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Dallas, GA.

As a long time business owner, Sam offers unsurpassed communication and negotiating skills, honesty and integrity. He has owned several companies over the years from recycling to Equestrian construction, fences and timber frame buildings. He brings a wealth of Real Estate and construction expertise to the table.

Sam represents Buyers, Sellers and Investors in the Residential Market. He attributes his success not only to his business acumen, but also to his focus on his clients and to his down to earth approach.

Sam has been a member of the West Georgia Board of REALTORS, Cobb Association of REALTORS and currently a member of the Paulding Board of REALTORS, the Georgia Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.

Sam is a devoted husband and father of 3 children. His wife Debbie worked in REALTOR Association Management for over 10 years, his daughter, Mary, works in Commercial Property Management and is also a REALTOR, his daughter, Laura, is studying to be an Occupation Therapist at the University of Georgia, and his 7 year old son, Sammy is an avid UGA fan!
