Sharon is amazing, outstanding and works in excellence. My family and I are so blessed to have met her. She has become part of the family. Sharon did a wonderful job in helping us buy our house and settle in a new State. Her expertise in the market's geographic area was so instrumental especially in looking for a great school for our kids. Sharon even made an appointment with the school for a school tour. She made us a folder with so much information that we really needed, and we still go back to the folder when we need any information. Sharon was amazing from the first day I met her. She knows Columbia, MO and the surrounding areas and is truly passionate about helping people settle in their homes. She listened to our needs and matched us to the property that we were looking for. She is available to help any time of the day and responds immediately. The process did not end when we closed on the house . She continues to provide us with contacts for landscaping, fencing etc. I have to say that she is the best realtor I have come across and I recommend her for any real estate transactions.

Sharon was the first person I met when moving to Columbia and we jumped right into her vehicle and started looking at a curated list of homes. She talked us through the neighborhoods and all parts of the city. She had prepared a welcome binder that has been amazing and really helped getting oriented to the city. She has been our Columbia Concierge! The real-estate market in Columbia is much different than where we moved from and Sharon helped us navigate all the ins and outs of how things are working today. Sharon was phenomenal! She knew about the neighborhoods we toured of various homes and offered helpful insight. As first time home buyers, my husband and I appreciated the extra time she took to make sure we understood what the process entailed and what was to come.
