Sharon is a native of Clearwater Beach who holds a bachelor of arts in advertising. You can count on her to bring a high level of marketing strategy to attract the right buyer from anywhere in the world, particularly as a member of the global Sotheby’s International Realty team. She has worked in the Tampa Bay area since 1988 and is well-acquainted with its communities, helping buyers find the right properties quickly and sellers obtain top offers from suited buyers.

After working throughout Pinellas County as a banker with a specialization in mortgage lending, she decided to combine her knowledge of the area, real estate lending and investments as a REALTOR®.

She is married to an entrepreneur and a wonderful father who affords her the time to practice as a full-time real estate professional.

During her years of experience in real estate, she has handled sales of bank-owned properties, condominiums, co-ops, estates, vacant land, short sales, single-family homes and waterfront properties. Sharon has worked successfully with foreign nationals, investors, retirees, vacationers and veterans to buy and sell homes, investments and second home properties.

Sharon is a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing Specialists and has earned certifications as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist and Military Relocation Professional to better serve her clients.
