Shawna is HANDS DOWN the most amazing realtor in all of Florida (probably in all of the United States). Shawna helped us purchase our first home two years ago. She made the process so easy back then. Shawna was not only able to find us a great waterfront home before it was listed. We were very happy with the purchase but we found one with a better view for $150k more, so she helped us find an ideal tenant immediately so we could move into our dream home. She has been super helpful after the sale. She has a wealth of knowledge for local contractors for everything from sprinkler repair to building a dock and pool. Excellent service!

We consider Shawna to be a new friend; she is so kind, good-hearted, and such a hard-working person. I met her about a year ago. I needed some help on a 1031 Exchange investment.
