Shiela was personable, professional, and highly skilled in dealing with all facets of the transaction. Since I was an out-of-state seller, she was especially helpful in putting me in touch with local professionals to make necessary renovations on the home. She is also adept at handling the oddities which sometimes arise, and knows the market and local cast of characters very well. We chose Sheila because the average price for homes sold recently in the area was $50,000 or so above other high production realtors' average sales. Her estimate of the value of our home was spot on which was $50,000 more that of the other realtor we interviewed. After we met her we stopped interviewing realtors. She gave attention to detail actually pointing out a couple of positives that we had overlooked. She is personable, knowledgeable and gave us moral support throughout this stressful process and, further, helped us with a few problems even after the sale had closed. WOW. Most don't. Sheila and her staff were absolutely amazing!!! She is honest, prompt, caring, sensitive, always available, learned what houses we would like and not need to see, etc.... After dealing with nearly 15 different realtors in the past 2 1/2 years while looking for our dream home in 4 different states, I can tell you that no one can compare with Sheila!!!!
