The experiences with Sheri coincided with a challenging real estate market for buyers as locally the inventory proved to be at extraordinarily low levels. Complicating the process was our desire for specifics related to the property such as location, price, and acreage. However Sheri proved to be a very patient agent, yet determined to help us find the property that accommodated our desires and needs. Sheri was phenomenal to work with. We were in town for 3 days and needed to work quickly to find a house. She knows the area very well, was extremely responsive, and took all the time that we needed to find the house that would work for us. Very professional and easy to communicate with during each call. Went out of her way to help with transferring power, water and electricity into my name. Helped on the day of the closing with AC questions and corrections.
