A Florida resident for over 46 years, McGuire retired from the Daytona Beach Police Department after 23 years. He was also with the State Attorney’s office for 12 years as an investigator. In 2010, he took a law enforcement mission to Iraq, where he worked for 15 months, and then in Afghanistan for a year. He returned home on Dec. 23, 2013. McGuire says he found he “couldn’t retire,” and decided to pursue his interest in real estate, where he could use his ability to work with people. He has a Bachelors degree in business from Warner University in Lake Wales, Florida. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and working out. He also volunteers with Hospice and coaching local sports. McGuire says he chose Adams, Cameron & Co. because the long-standing company was “highly recommended to him.”
