Sonia is amazing, I had a wonderful time working with her while selling my house. She really makes you feel like family. She would answer my questions promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. We applied for a house that Sonia had listed for rent, which ended up being a big mistake. We fulfilled each application requirement by far, and were told numerous times by Sonia that she would contact us, as well as by people in her office. She/they never did. We left voicemails with her cell, and office, and sent emails, and never once received a call or email back. Whenever she called us initially after the applications were sent, she didn't even know who we were and had no clue as to the information on the house or pertaining to our application status. It almost seemed like a joke. It's been over 3 weeks now since our applications have been submitted, and not a word or call back from Sonia. Worst listing agent I have ever gone through. Getting a hold of someone trying to rent a house should be easy and simple, but definitely not with Sonia Flores.
