Steve helped me buy my first house in 2006 in Wilmington, Ohio. I explained to him what I was searching for and what I didn't want and he did the rest! He is an expert at his profession, and very, very knowledgable. I moved out of the area (Kentucky) and bought a house this past year (Dec 2010). Before purchasing I called Steve to run some questions through him that my agent in Kentucky couldn't answer. I still own both my houses, but will be using Steve to sell the one in Willmington when the time is right, and will atempt to sell my house in Kentucky myself. If you are looking to buy or sell, he is an honest man who should use whenever possible! Thanks again Steve Riehle.

Steve has helped us purchase and sell several houses both residences and investment property. He spent over a year, helping us find our current home. He was infinitely patient as we looked a multiple houses, some three or four times until we found the perfect home. He has a tremendous number of handyman contacts to help you make the minor or major repairs needed to get the maximum $$ for your home, or address inspection issues. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor.
