My husband and I were very blessed to work with Sue Ann. Her years of experience in this field helped us a lot! Sue is a top notch buyers agent. Things click and happen fast!!! Initial contact was Tues. 15 Mar. 2022. I found a listing I liked on Zillow.com on Wed., contacted Sue and got a showing that day and started paper work. Thur. I got a loan preapproval completed my part of the paperwork. Friday, paperwork was completed and offer sent to selling agent.

Sue Ann is a wonderful agent. She does not pressure you into a house when you are not sure of whether to buy it or not. She shows understanding that purchasing a house may include more than one viewing. Overall she is ethical and kind.
