She showed only in the price range I was looking for. Didn't try to convince me to buy out of my set price range. I really appreciated that. She told me a lot about the community and showed me around Lincoln. I moved from 100 miles away and didn't know much about Lincoln.

Sue showed us our house late November 2014 she did a lot of work getting all the wrinkles out in the things needed for our purchase. We liked her immediately! I have a mentally and physically handicapped brother and sister and she treated them as if they were going to make her a million dollar commission. If I were in the market to purchase another home I would ALWAYS call her. She is professional, personable and down to earth. No one better in this happy home owners mind.
