Susan has a lot of energy, positive attitude and will work tirelessly to find the residence you are desiring. She listed the home I was selling and she closed on the condo that I purchased. I had a couple of hurdles along the way, but she navigated those issues and both properties were successfully closed and both on schedule. I would highly recommend her as your agent.

Susan is the best! I am active military and I was really trying to find what I needed to fit my family with the right neighborhood and school for my son. Susan stepped in and took care of everything and relieved the stress and worries. She was fast ,courteous and most of all loving and truly caring about what I wanted for me and my family. Susan has your best interest at the forefront of the renting and buying process. She made me feel like I was her only customer. She took extra time to help me fill out forms that technically I was suppose to do on my own, but she wanted the process to be easy and efficient I've never dealt with a realtor like Susan before and would recommend her to anyone lucky enough to have her..

Susan is great! I have sold my home in northern Illinois and am relocating to Florida. My home sold quickly and Susan is helping me find the perfect home for myself and my 2 dogs which has not been an easy task. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable.
