Very positive experience with Tanya. When listing, she told us how much the house would appraise for. While I am not sure it is common and we may have gotten somewhat lucky (being in right place at the right time) we received a full price offer within 3 days of it being put on the market. We had a hiccup when the buyer's loan appraisal came back low, but when Tanya reviewed it she immediately recognized that it was riddled with errors. With Tanya fighting for us, even that lender agreed that appraisal was a joke. Due to her efforts, a second accurate appraisal was done that came in at exactly the amount she quoted us when we listed our home. Can't recommended her highly enough; she took a very stressful long distance situation for us (we had already relocated to California) and walked side by side with us to the perfect conclusion.

Tanya was a great agent for my wife and I as first time home buyers. She showed us properties that were as far as an hour away from each other (at our request), and answered all of our questions very promptly. She had great recommendations for required services through the process, and advocated for our wants and needs throughout the process. 100% clear communication as well. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in DFW.

We worked with Tanya on the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. We were nervous going into the process given that we had not sold a home or bought a pre-owned home before. Tanya was extremely helpful and clear about the process and very knowledgeable about the area. She was able to find us our dream home in McKinney and our home sold in 2 days!! Working with Tanya was amazing. She definitely made the time worth while. My husband and I worked with her for 6 months being that I kept changing my mind on the home I wanted. Not once did she seem unhappy. When we had the final walk through she was by our side the whole time marking any discrepancies. She even helped us find a lender. Not only was she our realtor, but now shes a friend of ours.

Tanya is amazing. She helped me find my new home and walked me through the purchase process. It really took the pain out of things. She was so good I had her sell my old home a few months later. She knew exactly what to fix and what not to fix. In fact, during the fix up phase, my home value went up over 20K. When we listed, she got me over market value and I had no new things to fix for the seller. I'm so impressed, I'm going to have her put my parents old home on the market for us.
