I was searching to purchase a home in Scottsdale and didn't really know the area well. He was very knowledgeable of all the areas and assisted with the perfect location for me. He assisted through the entire process of things to address during closing and was always responsive to any questions I had. Also he referred me to a lender Carrie Hughes at Peoples Mortgage. She was able to close my loan in 2.5 weeksI have purchased homes in the past and this whole process has got to be the smoothest I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend these two if you are on the market to purchase. Awesome Job Carrie and Jasson!!!!

Jasson Dellacroce was fantastic!! Jasson made our house hunting journey easy, smooth and overall enjoyable. He made all the appointments for us and really helped us create an execute the dream we had to find our forever home. The day we got approved to start looking in our desired price range, we came across this home that we completely fell in love with. We started making appointment's to view houses in our price range and the home we stumbled across on Zillow was in consignment and we thought we were out of luck with looking at that home. Then one day after going to 12 different homes from 8am to 4pm; Jasson gets a message about the house not going through with consignment and asked if we wanted to tour the home and we both were excited and thought this was meant to be and even. though we were tired and beat from driving around the city we still went to go look at this house. Once we pulled up to the drive way, Dakota and I felt the overwhelming joy that this is and was the house for us. We completely fell in love. From that moment forward Jasson did everything in his power to make our dream a reality. Thank you Jasson for helping us find our forever home. And for fighting for this house with us. We appreciate you more than you know!!!!

Jasson and his team did an amazing job with putting our house through the realty auction. He as always accessible and available whenever I had a question. He helped us through some rough patches making the experience ultimately a seamless one. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and his abilities. I've worked with Jasson and the Synergy Team for the last couple of years shooting home photos for them, and decided one day in late 2017 that "Maybe I should be looking for a home..." We found what I thought was the perfect condo and got through most of the homebuying process before the bad news came, just before New Year's Eve, that the condo complex I was buying in was being turned back into apartments. UGH! So, back to square one for 2018. After a few more months of unfullfilling open houses and rejected offers, I was beginning to think I was just going to keep renting for a few more years. But then in February of this year, I found the perfect condo in my price range and my offer was accepted! Jasson and his team even picked up the cost of inspection and 2nd appraisal when it turned out that the 1st place couldn't be financed. To say my home buying journey was difficult would be an understatement, but Jasson and his team were dedicated and diligent in making sure my "American Dream" came true. I can't thank you guys enough! Cheers!

I recommend Jasson to my friends, family, and even my tenants who are looking to purchase. I am 100% comfortable making those recommendations, as I am confident that they will be provided with the same level of professionalism that I have received on each purchase.If you're looking for someone reliable with expert market knowledge and top-notch professionalism; LOOK NO FURTHER! Stop reading and call/text/email him. However, if you're looking for more details, read on...Jasson always responds quickly and communicates effectively, he provides a level of service that makes you feel as though you're his only client (even though that clearly isn't true). On each of my purchases, I was open to the location and property type. Jasson eagerly showed me homes and condos all throughout the valley. He never pressured me into narrowing my geographical scope. Instead, he patiently gave me the opportunity to fully assess the full market and make an informed decision. It was his willingness to accommodate my broad scope that helped me to confidently place offers on my homes. Upon reviewing each property Jasson proactively points out both the strengths and opportunities (based on your expressed needs) of the home to ensure a proper initial/visual assessment is made. Most of the time I am disappointed, but working with Jasson Dellacroce has been a wonderful exception. He works 7 days a week and leaves no stone unturned in helping you find your dream home. Then after you find your dream home. he turns it up a notch by helping you negotiate the best price, and using his network of contacts to get a great inspection and any other questions answered on the home. Even after you move in, he is there for you with connections to handymen that will fox or upgrade your home exactly how you want it. He is simply the best and I will never use another realtor!

Jasson is an amazing agent. We are from the northeast US, and arranged a four day visit to Phoenix to find a home. Jasson arranged showings for us and took us to countless properties all over the Phoenix area over those few days. We found a great property and he negotiated a fantastic deal for us. Jasson is very friendly, patient, and of course, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate.Jasson has gone above and beyond to help us get our place ready for long term rental. Jasson has been amazing. I came into the process without a full idea of what type of property I needed or where it should be located. He talked me through what I would need for each location and was incredibly informative. He helped me figure out what home would work for my lifestyle. Jasson found me a dream home in my dream neighborhood! He negotiated with the sellers and got everything we had asked for — including closing costs covered. Along the way Jasson killed a scorpion, hopped a fence and so much more during the process of finding my home. Throughout it all he was there to answer all my questions and walk me through everything as a first time homebuyer.
