I have been a Licensed Realtor and Broker for 29 years. I am an advocate of continued Real Estate Education and Technology so as to bring to the Client the Real Estate Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skill they rely on and deserve from their Residential Real Estate Professional.

I very much enjoy the opportunity to assist home Owners Sell their homes and Purchase their next home. The real pay off for me is the Client's expression of gratitude and appreciation for the positive and successful home Selling & Buying experience they have received.

Also the First Time Home Buyers are very enjoyable to work with as they are so excited about their 1st home.
I have the opportunity as their advocate to "help them through the questions they would not know to ask" and guide them through every step of the Home Buying Process. to a silky smooth closing.

I also provide a Residendial Property Management Service for those that may not wish to sell their homes today but rather have my Company secure a reliable tenant and manage the property in their absence.
This allows them to receive regular rent income without any of the issues of managing. They can now enjoy the opportunity to travel and enjoy the next chapter in their life without worry. When the time becomes right for them to Sell their home, I will be there  to List & Sell their home.

Interests: In my free time I enjoy; Dancing, Guitar, Tennis, Downhill skiing, Hunting, R/C Model Airplne Flying & Reading.
