Todd and Michael did an outstanding job in selling our house. They were prepared to do cleanup, carpet shampooing and repairs in order to get the house ready to sell at a very reasonable price. Todd did a great job selling our property. He knew the area market well and picked the perfect listing price for a property that needed to be updated. He hired local people for a couple of required code updates prior to listing and just told me it was taken care of! I was kept informed throughout the process when it would be cleaned, photos taken, when the listing went live and the open house attendance and reaction of attendees. I couldn't have asked for a better result, under agreement in under 3 weeks for full asking price with minimal effort on my part. He exceeded all expectations and I would not hesitate to use him in the future or recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

Todd was patient and kind to my mother as she prepared to sell the home she had resided in for over 65 years.
