Working with the Veenstra Team was amazing! The very first time we met with them to see about selling our home and finding a new one it was clear they knew what they were doing. They were very professional and yet very personable. They really listened to our thoughts and made every effort to make this experience smooth and fun! They gave great suggestions in how to make our house sell fast and it worked. Our house sold in the first week it was listed! They had such a knowledge of the properties available in the area that from the first time we explained what we were looking for they knew the perfect place for us...and they were right! As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing or what to expect. The Veenstra team was great about keeping us informed and making us feel at ease through the entire process. Beginning in the fall of 2008 we looked at a number of homes only to realize we wanted to wait until the following spring to continue. Jason was extremely patient with us and really took care to listen to both our criteria, which was not an easy task as my husband and I had two very different ideas about what we wanted. Not only that, but when we picked up our search in the spring of 2009 we had only a few short weeks to buy a home and qualify for the first time home buyer tax credit. Just in time, he found us the perfect compromise and negotiated a great price in a time crunch! It has been the perfect home for our young family in a great neighborhood. We will definitely be calling them for our future real estate needs!

Amazing, personal, and comfortable. The Veenstra Team went far above and beyond.

We moved into the area and didn't know what to expect about the area, homes, pricing, etc. The Veenstra team made us feel we were their top priority and made the home buying process easy, exciting, and fun.

We had some delays in our closing (bank issues) and the Veenstra Team got us into our home despite these issues by essentially being "on call" for 24 hours. They kept us from being homeless!

Lastly, their experience and obvious wonderful relationships with other realtors, lenders, and title companies made this potentially difficult situation smooth with a positive end result.

Working with the Veenstra Team to find our home was an absolute treat. My wife and I initially set out to find a house that we could stay in for a few years, then sell and move up into the house we could call our home, but with the help (and abundance of patience as we changed our minds several times) Jason Veenstra was able to find us the perfect home. There are hundreds of Realtors out there who can show houses, but few are as passionate about finding the perfect one as the Veenstra Team. Jason and his team went above and beyond in this task, and knew what we would and wouldn't like in a house before my wife and I even saw it. We absolutely love our home and look forward to many years of beautiful memories. I highly recommend the Veenstra Team to anybody looking to buy in the southwest Michigan area. They went above and beyond to help me buy my first house. We encountered every obstacle possible and they were with me every step of the way doing everything in their power to help me close. They answered all my questions and kept me in the loop during the whole process. They got me a great deal on my house and have been very helpful even after purchasing to answer any of my questions and to check in on me. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with and I knew they had my best interests in mind. I can not say enough good things about the Veenstra Tream! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
